Responsibilities

  • Work with customers' development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs, then design solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Rekognition, and Amazon Transcribe
  • Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS for Amazon SageMaker and related GenAI services
  • Provide thought leadership by evangelizing AWS ML services and sharing best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking events
  • Act as technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to provide customer-driven product improvement feedback
