Responsibilities

  • Research, measure, and analyze customer digital experiences across Web and native app platforms using Adobe Analytics, AWS, and Salesforce
  • Identify, combine, and analyze customer web traffic, identity management, and digital self-service data to deliver customer-centric insights
  • Write reports and share outcomes on trends, anomalies, and insights with stakeholders; define and align measurement approaches and success metrics with product teams
  • Partner with Information Security, Customer Identity Management, and Enterprise Technology teams to support end-to-end measurement and continuous improvement of digital experiences
