Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and curiosity.
- Translate proactive cloud support strategy into the BI strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Cloud Support organization.
- Lead the team in E2E execution of BI roadmap, including business requirements gathering, data access navigation, data engineering, metrics design and user journey based Looker dashboard reporting.

As a Support Data Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of Business Intelligence Developers who deliver innovative BI solutions to help enable business growth and make Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) teams more effective and efficient. Your team will build robust data pipelines and analytical models to support automated reporting and insight generation.
