Responsibilities
- Act as customer/IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition and design activities; develop understanding of business strategies and roadmap
- Define and deliver BI Strategy ensuring successful delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions and Executive/Operational dashboards
- Support data processing activities to maintain, enhance, and implement effective solutions; assist in identifying and acquiring relevant data from external sources and guiding integration into internal systems
- Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy; analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; prepare detailed reports and presentations with actionable recommendations

The Property Claims Business Intelligence Analyst analyzes and recommends technical solutions for complex projects to meet the needs of Claims and other impacted business areas. Will be responsible for defining and delivering the BI Strategy and ensure the successful delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions and Executive / Operational dashboards. The BI analyst will be a motivated self-starter building strong relationships with the business, IT and BI teams.
